Our conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard widely referenced for ADA digital accessibility.
What we have done
- A "skip to content" link and clear landmark structure on every page.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators, with full keyboard operability for menus, the cart and product options.
- Dialogs, such as the cart drawer and mobile menu, that trap focus while open, close with the Escape key, and return focus when dismissed.
- Text and interface colours checked to meet AA contrast minimums.
- Descriptive alternative text on product imagery and meaningful labels on buttons and form fields.
- Support for the "reduce motion" setting so animations are muted for those who prefer it.
Known limitations
Some content is provided by third parties, for example checkout and payment pages handled by our e-commerce platform. We choose partners that prioritise accessibility, but we cannot fully control their experience. If you hit a barrier on any such page, please tell us and we will help you complete your task another way.
Ongoing review
We test the site with automated accessibility tools and manual keyboard checks, and we re-review whenever we make significant changes.
