Are ZUBISTA BEAUTY products authentic?
Yes. Every piece is sourced directly from its brand or an authorized distributor, never counterfeit, never diluted. You receive the genuine formula in its original packaging.
Which brands do you carry?
We curate trusted brightening and body-care houses from Paris and West Africa, including Fair & White, HT26 Paris, QEI+ Paris, Pr. Francoise Bedon, Carotone, Caro White, Clear Therapy and Mont St Michel, plus a wide range of soaps, lotions, serums and oils. Browse the full range on our shop page.
Are these formulas safe for melanin-rich skin?
Yes, that is the whole point. We stock formulas made to even tone, soften the look of dark spots and restore radiance, and we do not carry products with mercury, hydroquinone or illegal lightening agents. As with any skincare, patch test before first use.
How do I use serums and beauty milks?
Apply to clean, dry skin. For body care, massage in until absorbed. For serums, press a few drops over the area morning and night, before moisturizer. Always patch test first, and pair daytime use with sunscreen.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from the U.S., typically within 1 to 2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery usually arrives within a few business days of dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account to see your order history and status, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, or if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will help.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States. We are working on expanding, join our email list to hear first.

We accept major credit and debit cards and the accelerated payment options shown at checkout. All payments are encrypted and processed securely, ZUBISTA never sees or stores your full card details.
